Jason Ghag
operations & strategy specialist
co-founder of Humble Oak Solutions. jason is an accomplished operations leader with over a decade of experience in business operations, strategic project management, and process improvement.
After years of working closely with small and mid-sized businesses across British Columbia, Jason Ghag recognized a common challenge: owners were overwhelmed. Whether it was calculating true cost of goods sold or leading large-scale operational changes, most didn’t have the time, resources, or internal expertise to get it done. Big consulting firms were too expensive, and too theoretical. That’s why Jason founded Humble Oak Solutions: a consulting firm purpose-built for hands-on business owners who need results, not jargon. Together with his brother, and grounded in their shared understanding of Canada’s small business landscape,Humble Oak provides practical, affordable support once reserved for large enterprises, without adding stress to already busy teams. Jason brings deep experience in operations strategy and industrial project execution. He has led multimillion-dollar transformation initiatives, secured millions in government funding, modernized manufacturing facilities, and optimized supply chains from the ground up. One of his most complex projects involved relocating a manufacturing operation from Surrey to Agassiz; overseeing everything from land negotiations and civil works to equipment installs and coordination with stakeholders like BC Hydro. At his core, Jason is a builder of systems, of teams, and of momentum. His mission is to help businesses scale with clarity, operate with confidence, and grow sustainably — without burning out the people running them.
gary ghag
business it specialist
Over the years, Gary has built a broad and deep skill set across the IT and business operations landscape. Holding experience working in complex corporate environments—supporting and optimising systems for operations, supply chain, and engineering teams alike.
After years of building and managing IT systems for growing businesses, Gary Ghag saw a clear pattern: small teams were doing their best to keep up with modern technology—but lacked the support to do it efficiently or sustainably. Whether it was automating manual reporting, troubleshooting unreliable infrastructure, or navigating complex ERP systems, they needed solutions that worked without draining their resources. Enterprise consultants were too expensive, too hands-off, and rarely aligned with the real-world needs of Canadian SMBs. That’s why Gary co-founded Humble Oak Solutions: to provide smart, affordable IT and systems consulting built for small and mid-sized businesses. Together with his brother, he brings a down-to-earth, deeply technical approach grounded in firsthand experience and a genuine desire to help others succeed. Gary brings expertise in Microsoft 365, business intelligence, web development, ERP/PLM integration, and IT infrastructure—from firewalls and servers to automation and data flow. He’s led full system deployments, built dashboards that drive executive action, developed and hosted secure, modern websites, and automated processes that save hundreds of hours. At his core, Gary is a builder of tools, systems, and stability. His mission is to help businesses operate smarter, scale more confidently, and embrace technology—without overwhelming the people running them.
