Jason Ghag
operations & strategy specialist
co-founder of Humble Oak Solutions. jason is an accomplished operations leader with over a decade of experience in business operations, strategic project management, and process improvement.
After years of working closely with small and mid-sized businesses across BC, Jason recognized a common challenge: owners were overwhelmed. Whether it was calculating true cost of goods sold or leading large-scale operational changes, most didn’t have the time, resources, or internal expertise to get it done.
Big consulting firms were too expensive and too theoretical. Jason founded Humble Oak Solutions to change that. The firm is built for hands-on business owners who need results. Together with his brother, and drawing on their shared understanding of Canada’s small business landscape, Humble Oak delivers practical, affordable support once reserved for large enterprises — without adding pressure to already busy teams.
Jason’s background is in operations strategy and industrial project execution. He has led multimillion-dollar transformations, secured millions in government funding, modernized manufacturing facilities, and streamlined supply chains from end to end. One of his most complex projects involved the relocation of a manufacturing facility. This involved land negotiations, civil works, infrastructure upgrades, equipment installations, and coordination with stakeholders such as BC Hydro.
At his core, Jason builds systems, teams, and momentum. His mission is simple: help businesses scale with clarity, operate with confidence, and grow sustainably without burning out the people who run them.

“Efficiency isn’t about doing more. It’s about making what you do count.” - JG
gary ghag
business it specialist
Over the years, Gary has built a broad and deep skill set across the IT and business operations landscape. Holding experience working in complex corporate environments—supporting and optimising systems for operations, supply chain, and engineering teams alike.
After years of designing and managing IT systems for growing businesses, Gary noticed a clear pattern: teams were working hard to keep up with modern technology but often didn’t have the right support to do it efficiently. He saw talented people spending too much time troubleshooting infrastructure, managing spreadsheets manually, or trying to make sense of complex ERP systems, instead of focusing on the work that actually drove their business forward. At the same time, enterprise consultants were too expensive, too distant, and rarely aligned with the day-to-day realities of Canadian SMBs.
That gap inspired Gary to co-found Humble Oak Solutions with his brother. A consulting practice built to provide smart, affordable IT and systems expertise that’s actually tailored to the needs of smaller organizations. Gary approaches every project with a balance of technical skill and a practical mindset. He’s not just interested in deploying systems; he’s passionate about making sure those systems work for the people using them, long after the initial rollout.
Gary’s expertise spans MS365, business intelligence, ERP/PLM support, web development, IT infrastructure, and automation. Over the years, Gary has led full-scale system deployments, rolled out ERP systems, and supported engineering & operations teams with better data flows. He has built dashboards that give executives clear insights at a glance, developed and hosted secure, modern websites, and designed automations that have saved organizations hundreds of hours in repetitive work.
What sets Gary apart is his philosophy. At his core, he’s a builder. Not just of tools and systems, but of stability, clarity, and confidence. He believes technology should empower, not overwhelm.
